TERMS OF SALE
These conditions of the order apply to sales contracts (hereinafter referred to as the contract) concluded between the person who orders the goods (hereinafter referred to as the buyer) and Nos Enfants OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the seller) in the online store of children's goods (www.laste-kaubad. ee). The sales agreement is considered concluded when the order has been sent by the buyer and the order confirmation / invoice has been sent to the customer’s email address. The information you provide is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties (except as required by law).
How to buy baby products in the online store?
Choose your favorite products and add them to your cart. When all the necessary products are added to the basket, fill out the order information and click on the “Send Order” button. Then we will send the invoice to your email address. After paying the bill, we will send you the ordered goods.
You can order goods without transportation costs i.e. pick up the goods yourself in our store. Only the goods that have been paid will be saved in the reservation!The order can be picked up after the seller sends a notification to the buyer that the order has been completed. In case the product is not available, we will immediately inform our customers about it.

The online store of children's goods has the right to cancel the order if the buyer does not pay the invoice within 3 days after placing the order. This does not apply if the seller and buyer have entered into a special agreement to pay for the goods.
Orders over 70 euros will be delivered to you free of charge in Estonia via postal machines, orders over 110 euros will be delivered to you free of charge in Estonia by Venipak courier or by Laste-kaubad kojuvedu within Tallinn (in case of free delivery, the store will choose a delivery method and delivery time). Orders on Friday afternoon and weekend will be shipped on Monday by the postal and courier services.
We deliver goods to you within Estonia through the SmartPOST and Omniva parcel services. The cost of SmartPOST service is starting from 2.59 euros, Omniva starting from 2.95. Choose a suitable place and place your order. Please make sure your address and contact number are correct so that the goods will be delivered quickly and without problems. When placing an order in the laste-kaubad.ee online store, you can pick up the goods yourself in Tallinn at Parda street 4-103 and then the delivery fee is not added.
Orders will be completed within 1-3 business days after we receive your payment, at the latest within a week, if the goods are immediately available. If the goods are pre-ordered, the maximum delivery time can reach up to 20 days. If the product ordered by the customer has expired at this time, we will immediately inform the customer about it, let us know the arrival time of the new product or refund on request. We will also contact the customer if the delivery time is extended for reasons beyond our control.
We also ship goods to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Smaller goods are delivered to Finland via Smartpost, a Smartpost locker starting at 10 euros. Latvia and Lithuania receive smaller goods through Omniva, with the Omniva cell starting at 9 euros. Larger packages are sent to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland by Venipak courier. The cost of transportation depends on the specific distance and dimensions of the package.
NB! We strongly recommend that you check the packaging of the products before accepting the goods. We ask you to notify us at email@example.com of any product with damaged packaging.
Delivery Laste-kaubad kojuvedu
Laste-kaubad kojuvedu delivery is an additional parcel delivery service offered by the seller's online store, which is valid only within Tallinn, bypassing the sorting center stage of regular postal services. If the product is in stock immediately, it is possible to receive the order on the same day or on the day chosen by the buyer. If an item is on pre-order or is out of stock at some point, we will deliver it as soon as the item is available again or we receive it from stock. The seller automatically offered to provide the service two days a week in the evening hours (Tuesday and Friday), but it is possible to agree on a suitable time and day of the week for delivery.
Transport to EU countries
We also ship orders to many European Union countries such as Germany, Sweden, Italy, etc. We ship all orders with Venipak courier. For shipping prices, depending on the specific country, we automatically offer discounts of 10% -20% (depending on the country of destination). Parcels from foreign countries are delivered by a courier company to the nearest post office or collection point at the address of the recipient, and not at the address of residence (except for Latvia and Lithuania). If the buyer wants the parcel to be delivered to a specific address of his residence, before placing an order, contact the seller and the seller will send a request to the Venipak courier service if delivery of this service to a specific address in a specific country is possible. Return of an order from abroad for any reason will be arranged and postage paid by the buyer.
If the product is not suitable for you, you have the right to return it within 14 days. The buyer must make a statement to the seller, indicating the name, date and account number of the buyer. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The product must be in its original packaging and not used. If the returned product is damaged or has been used, the buyer must pay for the goods themselves (the goods must not have postage stamps). Upon returning the goods, the amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within 14 business days from the receipt of the goods by the seller. All postal services related to the return of goods are paid at the expense of the buyer. By agreement, an exchange of goods for other goods is possible. The deadline for submitting a claim for Products must be established by law (Law of Obligations). The deadline for submitting a claim is valid only for a purchase invoice (a purchase invoice is automatically sent to your e-mail, it is advisable to print and save the invoice) and does not apply if the defect is caused by improper use of the product.
In addition to these order conditions, the laws of the Republic of Estonia apply. (VÕS, Consumer Protection Act).
A discount coupon is a combination of numbers and/or letters that allows the buyer to buy goods cheaper. The discount coupon is valid for a certain period of time and it will be notified to the client upon receipt or publication of the discount coupon.
